The Kumar Bros USA offers the following Returns Policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days after buyer receives it. Buyer pays the return shipping and all return are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You need to have return authorization by contacting us prior to your return.

The Kumar Bros USA offers the following Warranty Policy:

Kumar Bros USA warranty policy is a replacement only policy. For any and all warranty claims the product in question must be returned first to the Kumar Bros USA warranty center.

All items with a full Six (6) month replacement warranty unless stated otherwise.

The Kumar Bros USA warranty is for defect in workmanship or component only. The warranty does not cover normal wear on any item. Kumar Bros USA also does not cover labor to install, remove or inspect any product. Furthermore the Kumar Bros USA warranty does not include coverage of rental replacements, down time, production loss or collateral damage that could incur from a failed part or poor workmanship.

This replacement warranty is for replacement of the failed part only. It is at Kumar Bros USA discretion to replace an entire unit or the actual part that failed in that unit by rebuilding the unit.

Labor is never covered under Kumar Bros USA warranty.

Rental or replacement for a machine that is in-operable because of a failed part or component is never covered under Kumar Bros USA warranty.

Return shipping only will be covered by Kumar Bros USA If it is determined that the questioned item is not covered under the Kumar Bros USA warranty it is the clients responsibility to pay for shipping of the product both to and from the Kumar Bros USA location. Only ground rates will be authorized by Kumar Bros USA. The client may choose to up-grade shipping at their own expense.

Kumar Bros USA offers the following Inventory & Stocking Policy:

At Kumar Bros USA we attempt at all times to keep items offered here on our web site in stock and available for shipping by the next business day. At times inventory levels do drop to zero or even go into a “back order” status. When this happens a representative from Kumar Bros USA will make every effort possible to let you know that your item will not ship by the next business day and inform you of shipping times along with giving you the opportunity to receive a full refund if the item you have ordered is not readily available. If we are not able to complete the shipment with that time frame we will notify you and give you the time frame of shipment for your rebuilt item, allowing you the option to wait or receive a full refund. You may always call or email first and get an instant inventory update on the item you are seeking.

Kumar Bros USA offers the following Purchasing Policy:

All purchases made are a free-will purchase of the client. The client is the authorized user of the credit card or account used for the purchase of products.

The client will assume all responsibility of supplying the correct address for shipment of purchased product and holds Kumar Bros USA. Free from damage claim if the ship to address is not supplied correctly. The client shall supply a ship to address that is a safe location and any one present may sign for product. Kumar Bros USA ‘s default ship method does not allow for product to be left unsigned for.

The client understands that once the shipment leaves the local Kumar Bros USA location all responsibility for said product is no longer Kumar Bros USA. and that the client accepts responsibility for shipping insurance choices. Kumar Bros USA always recommends to clients the purchase of shipping insurance.

Client further more agrees that once product is signed for as received, purchase experience is then completed. The client takes all responsibility for the product and all claims of lost product, damaged or non-shipped product are null and void at that time the shipment is signed as received.

Kumar Bros USA. offers the following Unclaimed Merchandise Policy:

Any unclaimed merchandise left in the care of Kumar Bros USA for over 60 days will become the property of Kumar Bros USA.
